- What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
- How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
- How fast do you ship?
I try my best to include shipping time lines in the product description. Some orders will be shipped the following day after receiving payment and some might take a couple of days to be completed and packaged. Please refer to the specific product description if possible, and if you are unsure just ask.
- Where can items be shipped?
Items can only be shipped to the address that is on file with PayPal at the time of payment. Due to PayPal policies I can not ship products to any other address.
- How are items shipped?
All items ship USPS First class or Priority Mail. Please note: unless you ask and pay for postage insurance, I cannot be responsible for lost packages. Contact me if you would like to upgrade to Priority mail or purchase insurance.
- How are refunds handled?
If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact me within 5 business days after receiving the item. You'll get a full refund if it's sent back unused and in original condition. Return shipping is your responsibility. This appiles to all orders EXCEPT custom or personalized orders, in which there are no refunds or exchanges.
- I saw a product in your store but it is no longer available, will you make more?
Some products are one time only creations however many can be recreated and I would be glad to try an accomodate your request. Simply send me a quick message with the product information and I will get you the answer as soon as possible.
- Will you make bulk orders for the products on your site?
In most cases, yes. Just send me a message explaining what you would like and I will get back to you as soon as possible with pricing and a production time line.
- Can I change a color, font, or make other customizations?
For quite a few of my products the answer is yes. I try to put that information in the product description when applicable, however you can always send me a message to inquire about any product.
- Will you create a custom product or product line for me?
Most probably, yes. Take a look at the custom page for samples of some of my custom orders and send me a message detailing your project. I will follow up with you via email as soon as possible.
